Terms

Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Full payment for printing, design, shipping and handling is required before any work can
begin. Print jobs sent to print and production are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested the same business day before any production and printing process begins for full
refund without incurring extra charges. No Refund for orders canceled following day If production and printing
process has begun.

Sales Tax
All California residents must pay sales tax (9.5%) on purchases. If a customer is tax exempt, the exemption
certificate must be sent or fax to us at: (818) 240-3456.

Pricing and Products
Digital Pre-Press services, Inc. reserves the right to adjust prices for any product or service at anytime. We also
reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time. Prices are based on customer supplied electronic
artwork.

Turnaround
Standard turnaround for Full Color Vinyl Banners, Magnets, Posters, Static Clings and Banner Stands are 3-5
business days, after artwork approval. Custom full color banners and other products that require high quantity or
special finishing may take few extra business days for completion. If you have a time sensitive order that requires
fast turnaround and shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. We shall make every effort possible
to meet your deadline, however rush charges may apply to your order. We start counting the turnaround time
when we receive your approved digital artwork. If you require a proof such as JPEG, PDF or a Print Proof, turnaround
begins when we receive proof approval. Allow additional business working days for shipping based on
the shipping method you selected. Standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Business days and Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30pm Pacific Standard time. Saturday,
Sunday and Holidays do not count as business days when calculating turnaround. Turnaround does not begin
until acceptable artwork has been received and approved. Please note that you turnaround time will be reset if
your files do not meet our artwork requirement and your order will remain On Hold until receipt of correct
artwork.
Turnaround starts when we verify your order and submitted artwork, provided we have received your files and
artwork and meets our requirements.
Turnaround times vary due to our work load and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays and Damages
Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc., assumes no responsibility for delays or damages caused by delivery carriers or
any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.

Rights to Refuse a job
Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to produce, print or design any order we deem
inappropriate, disrespectful or offensive.

Rights to Revise or change this Agreement.
Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc., reserves the right to modify, change, add, remove, update, revise this Agreement
(terms , conditions and policies), at any time. All revisions and changes will be effective immediately.

Custom Order Quote Accuracy
Quotations/Proposals are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided by the customer. Digital Pre-Press
Services, Inc. can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the said specifications have changed or does not
conform to information on the original quote/proposal. Orders placed with Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc. are to
the client's knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not
written or accompanying said order.

Customer Files
Archiving, Backup & Saving of Artwork & Files
It is the customer's responsibility to Save, Archive or Backup a copy of the original Artwork or files.
Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to media, artwork & files supplied by the
customer. Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc. assumes no reponsibility for any mistakes and errors on customers
supplied artwork or files. Additional charges may apply for fixing, editing, changes, corrections or any other
work that may br rquired done on customer supplied artwork and files.
Please save a copy or backup your artwork & files in a safe place prior to submitting it to us!

File Changes
Once a job has been sent to print or production the process is final and changes can not be made.

Indemnification
The customer wil indemnify and hold harmless Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc., from any and all loss, cost
expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be institued
against Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc., on the grounds alledging that said printing violates any copyright or any
proprietary right of any person. You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your
order.

Limits of Liability
Digital Pre-Press Services, Inc. warrants that the produced products such as Full Color Vinyl Banners, Static
Clings, Posters, vinyls & Etc. will conform to the instructions submitted by the customer. Digital Pre-Press
Services, Inc.' maximum liability, under any circumstance, will be limited to the amount of the customer's
invoice.

Returns Policy
Should you need to return a product for any reason not covered by our warranty, please call 888-790-2665 or email us within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an Approved/Authorized RMA. Product should be returned to our warehouse within 10 calendar days of RMA issuance.
We reserve the right to carry out a 100% inspection of the product before accepting the return. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Unwanted returns will not be accepted 18 days after the shipping date of the original product. 
DPS Banners will not accept return of a custom made product, used product or a custom digitally printed media. Items that are used are not eligible for return unless otherwise authorized by our sales team.
All products must be packaged and returned in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals and documents.
If an item is found to be defective or is not as described, please call us at 888-790-2665 within 2 business days of the receipt of the product. We will ship out a replacement product or make other arrangements at our discretion. 

Shipping
DPS Banners is not held responsible for any delays or errors made by it's shipping carriers. The arrival of a product damaged in shipping is a "non-warranty issue" and claims must be reported to our customer service department within three business days of receipt as carriers will not settle damage claims after this period. Customers that delay damage reporting will forfeit their right to a claim. When submitting a shipping damage claim, digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container or product. Carriers reserve the right to inspect damages prior to settling a claim. Upon authorization to return the damaged product, all returns must be made to DPS Banners within 2 weeks of delivery.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The shipping carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
We offer Standard, Ground, Second Day and Overnight shipping methods.
If you would like faster delivery, please choose an expedited delivery method.
Free shipping purchase only applies to ground shipping.
Estimated shipping/transit time for Standard or Ground shipping is 1 to 5 business days depending on location.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
Original shipping cost involved in shipping to customer is not refundable.
If your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.

LOCAL PICK-UP
Most orders are available for local in-store pickup. Simply select “DO NOT SHIP Will Pickup at your Sun Valley, California Facility ” in the shipping methods menu during checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up via email.

Order Cancelation
Cancellation of custom manufactured, printed or imprinted products may accrue costs associated with the order up to the time of cancellation. The customer is responsible for these costs, which can include, but are not limited to, all labor, all materials and custom imprinting.
